On Time Guarantee* : The SilverRide On Time Guarantee states that we will arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled departure time or the ride is half-price.
Notice: 24-hour advance notice is requested.
Accompaniment: Accompaniment is an additional service whereby our Driver Companions accompany the client during an appointment or activity. All rides include basic door through door assisted ride assistance.
Prices: Ride prices are quoted in advance based on distance traveled, time of day and accompaniment preference.
Payment: Once completed, trips are automatically billed to a credit card on file or deducted from a pre-paid balance. We work with organizations who need to setup accounts with us to provide service.
** Riders: Transportation is provided on an individual basis. However, clients are welcome to travel with one caregiver, spouse, family member or friend free of charge, providing that both passengers start and end at the same address.
Tailored Service: SilverRide can accommodate most client conditions and certainly welcomes riders of all ability levels, even those who use wheelchairs. The Company has a robust training program that educates drivers how to physically assist riders in and out of the vehicle, up and down stairs, how to provide assistance walking along uneven surfaces, how to help clients in and out of wheelchairs. Drivers are also trained in the myriad of conditions that exist, including tremors, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, vision issues, hearing issues, balance issues. You name it, we can help! Our driver apps provide all the information our drivers need to provide the best service possible and to be a constant available resource to supplement their ongoing training.
Zero Tolerance Policy: SilverRide does not tolerate the use of alcohol or drugs by our driver escorts. This applies to contractors using our app and employees.
