SilverRide and its affiliates prohibit discrimination against riders and drivers. No person shall be discriminated against because of his, her or their race, color, creed, gender or gender identification or expression, sex, pregnancy (including perceived pregnancy and breastfeeding), childbirth (or related medical conditions), religion (including religious dress and grooming), marital status, registered domestic partner status, age, national origin, ancestry, military or veteran status, uniformed service member status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic characteristics, family care or medical leave status, sexual orientation, hairstyle or texture, or any other consideration made unlawful by federal, state or local laws. Any violations of this policy by a rider or driver will result in loss of access to the SilverRide platform.
